How do I embed a TikTok video on my website?
Embedding a TikTok takes four steps: copy the URL, generate the code, paste it into your page’s HTML and publish. TikTok’s script does the rendering, so no plugin or account is involved.
Copy the TikTok URL
Open the video, profile, hashtag or sound on tiktok.com and copy the address from the browser bar. Short links from the app must be opened first so the full URL appears.

Copy the code into your HTML

How does TikTok embed code work?
TikTok embed code has two parts: a blockquote with the class tiktok-embed and a data attribute naming the video, creator, hashtag or sound, and a script tag that loads embed.js from tiktok.com. When the page loads, embed.js finds each blockquote and replaces it with an iframe of TikTok's player. The markup follows the format TikTok uses for its own embed code.
Will an embedded TikTok video play on my website?
Yes, as long as the post is public and the creator allows embedding. The player loads from tiktok.com with TikTok's own controls, the same player shown in this tool's preview. If the creator deletes the video, makes it private or turns off embedding, or the video is unavailable in a viewer's region, TikTok shows its standard unavailable message in that spot.
Can I change the size of a TikTok embed?
Yes, the width is adjustable. The generated blockquote sets max-width 605px and min-width 325px for videos, and max-width 780px and min-width 288px for profiles, hashtags and sounds. Edit those inline values to fit your layout and TikTok's player scales to the new width. The height is set by TikTok's player, not by your CSS.
Why is my TikTok embed preview blank?
A blank preview usually means TikTok's player could not load the post. Check that the post is public, has not been removed and is available in your region. Browser extensions that block third-party scripts can also stop TikTok's embed.js, so try again with them paused. Hashtag and sound embeds show Code ready instead of a preview, because this tool previews only videos and profiles.
