Terms of Service

1. The service

Tokturbo (“we,” “our”) provides paid TikTok engagement services — followers, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, and live viewers — sourced from a vetted network of real-account suppliers. We are not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance.

2. What we deliver

Orders begin processing as soon as payment confirms. Quantity is guaranteed; pacing varies by package tier. Engagement comes from real accounts unless an order is explicitly marked “bot traffic” in the package description. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (followers retained, FYP placement, virality).

3. What we don't deliver

We will not ship engagement to private accounts, deleted videos, or any handle that appears on our denylist. We will not engage with content that depicts minors, sexual content, weapons, or any category prohibited by applicable law. We will not provide services to accounts targeted by ongoing platform investigations.

4. Account safety

We never ask for your TikTok password and we never log in to your account. Every order ships using only your public profile URL or video link.

5. Refunds and refills

Every order is covered by a 30-day refill window. If delivered engagement drops below the purchased quantity in that window, we’ll refill the difference at no charge. If we cannot complete an order within seven days of payment, we’ll refund the unfulfilled portion automatically.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are made in the same coin at the rate quoted at order time.

6. Loyalty and affiliate programs

Loyalty points (100 points = $1 USD) accrue at one point per dollar spent. Affiliate commissions are paid on confirmed orders after a 30-day reversal window. Points and commissions have no cash value outside our platform.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell our services without written permission, attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure, abuse our free tools through automated traffic, or use any service to harass, defraud, or impersonate a third party.

8. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is the total you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or platform actions taken by TikTok against your account.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers and reflected here with an updated “last updated” date.
