Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 5, 2026
This policy explains how Tokturbo, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, our free tools, and our paid services. We've written it in plain language because unreadable policies are how people lose track of what companies actually do.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information our systems pick up automatically when you use Tokturbo, and information we receive from outside sources connected to your account or order.
Information you provide
When you place an order, redeem a free trial, contact support, or create an account, you give us information such as your name, email address, country, the public TikTok username or post URL you want to grow, and payment details processed through our third-party payment partners.
When you talk to our support team, we keep the contents of those messages, the email or chat handle you wrote from, and any screenshots or files you attach. That history helps us resolve future tickets faster without making you repeat yourself.
We never ask for your TikTok password, your phone unlock code, or two-factor authentication codes. If a request like that ever appears, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@tokturbo.com.
Information collected automatically
When you load tokturbo.com we collect basic technical signals: IP address, approximate geographic region (city and country, not precise GPS), device type, browser, operating system, and the pages you visited. This is standard server-log information used to keep the site fast and to detect abuse.
We use a small set of cookies and similar storage to remember your cart, your light/dark preference if applicable, and whether you've already redeemed a free trial. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels for advertising. We do measure aggregate page performance through privacy-preserving analytics.
If you use our free tools (embed generator, engagement calculator, profile analyzer), we log the public TikTok URLs you submit so we can return results and detect abuse. We do not associate those queries with your identity unless you are signed in.
Information from other sources
Our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, and our crypto processor) share confirmation data and fraud signals with us after a transaction completes. We receive the last four digits of your card, the brand of card, and the country of issuance. We never see the full card number or CVV.
When you start an order against a TikTok username or post URL, we query TikTok's public profile data to verify the target is real and to estimate delivery pacing. We do not log into TikTok on your behalf.
How we use your information
We use the information above to fulfill orders, verify delivery targets, run our drip-pacing engine, process payments, refill orders within the 30-day window, answer support tickets, and detect fraud and abuse.
We use aggregate metrics (order volumes, success rates, country mix) to improve the service and to write the kind of public statistics you see on our about page. Those metrics never include personal data.
We do not sell your information to advertisers. We do not train AI models on your support conversations. We do not build a profile of your TikTok behavior outside of what's necessary to deliver and refill the orders you place.
Your rights and choices
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can request any of these by emailing support@tokturbo.com from the email tied to your account. We respond within 30 days, and usually within four business hours during the working week.
You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the link at the bottom of every newsletter, or by emailing us. Transactional emails (order confirmations, refill notices, support replies) are required to operate the service and cannot be unsubscribed individually.
If you are in the EU, UK, California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, or Utah you have additional rights described in the State-Specific Rights section below.
Data security and retention
Tokturbo stores data on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to a small operations team. Payment information is tokenized and never stored on our servers. Support conversations and order records are encrypted at rest.
We keep order records for seven years to satisfy U.S. tax and financial-record requirements, after which they are permanently deleted. Free-tool query logs are retained for 90 days for abuse detection, then deleted. Support tickets are retained for three years after the ticket closes.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever detect a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators within 72 hours of confirmation, as required by GDPR and most U.S. state breach laws.
Children and teens
Tokturbo is not directed at people under 18, and our terms of service prohibit creating an account or placing an order if you are under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email support@tokturbo.com and we will delete it.
If you are between 13 and 17 and have unknowingly used Tokturbo, you or a parent can request deletion of all your information at the email above. We will not require a reason and we will not retain anything other than what's necessary to confirm the deletion.
State-specific and country-specific rights
Some jurisdictions give residents extra rights or impose specific disclosure requirements. We honor them all, regardless of where you live.
Sharing for direct marketing purposes (Shine the Light)
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 gives California residents the right to ask about personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing. We do not share personal information for third-party marketing. If you want written confirmation of that, email support@tokturbo.com.
Content removal for users under 18
California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 lets minors who used a service while under 18 request removal of content they posted. We do not host user-posted content, so this right does not apply to anything on Tokturbo, but if you have written a review or testimonial while under 18, email support@tokturbo.com and we will remove it.
EU and UK residents
If you are in the EU or UK you have the rights granted by the GDPR (or UK GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our EU representative under Article 27 GDPR is listed at the bottom of this page.
Privacy Policy updates
We update this policy when our practices change or when the law changes. The Last Updated date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. If a change is material — for example, we add a new category of data or a new sharing partner — we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
We keep previous versions of this policy on file and will share them on request.
