No customer account has been banned for using our service in 4+ years. The risk profile is the same as having real fans organically — TikTok's ranker doesn't penalize popular accounts. The risk that gets accounts banned is bot followers, which we don't sell.

Customer accounts on Tokturbo support 2FA via app-based authenticators (the recommended method). SMS-based 2FA is intentionally not supported because of SIM-swap risk.

Smallest packs (100-1,000 units) start landing within 30-60 seconds of payment confirmation. Larger packs front-load the first 30% in the first hour, then drip the remainder across 6-24 hours. The exact pacing depends on the tier you picked.

Velocity-spike protection. TikTok's FYP ranker rewards engagement that arrives inside the first scoring window but flags engagement that arrives unnaturally (10,000 likes in 60 seconds on a brand-new post). Drip-pacing lands inside the reward window without tripping the spike filter.

Yes. If we cause the issue (failed delivery, supplier outage, our error), we refund automatically within one business day. If you change your mind after delivery starts, we can't refund the engagement that's already shipped. Full refund policy at /terms#refunds.
