- Median under five hours during US business hours. Up to twelve hours otherwise. Weekend tickets are answered, just slightly later.
- Refund or refill
- If we caused the issue, we issue the refill or refund inside one business day, no escalation needed. The 30-day refill window applies to every paid order automatically.
- Account safety
- We never ask for your TikTok password, OTP, or account recovery info. If anyone claiming to be us does, it’s not us. Report it: support@tokturbo.com.
- Hours
- Email-style ticketing, 24/7. Live agents Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Eastern. Tickets opened outside those hours are queued for the next morning.
