We generate standard QR codes (model 2), error correction level M (~15% damage tolerance). Encoding is straight from the URL you submit, no shortening, no analytics injection, no fake redirects.
Print sizing rule of thumb: the QR scans reliably from roughly 10× its printed width. A 1.5cm QR on a business card scans from ~15cm. A 30cm QR on a banner scans from ~3m. Use SVG for any print job above 3cm so quality stays sharp at scale.
Color contrast: minimum 60% luminance difference between foreground and background. Inverted (light QR on dark background) works but reduces scan reliability on cheap scanners.

What does the TikTok QR code generator do?

Does the QR code work with any phone camera?
Yes. The tool produces a standard QR code at error-correction level M, which current phone cameras and QR apps read. Scanning opens the link in the phone's browser or the TikTok app if installed. Keep strong contrast between the two colors for reliable scans.
Can I track how many people scan it?
No. The tool adds no tracking, and because it only encodes TikTok addresses, a shortener or redirect with analytics cannot be used here. If you need scan counts, use a QR service that supports your own tracked link. Tokturbo encodes exactly what you paste and nothing else.
What size should I print the QR code?
Size it for the distance people will scan from: a business card code can be small, while a window poster needs a much larger one. Use the SVG for print, keep the margin, and test a printed proof with two or three phones.
Do I need to log in, and is the code stored?
No login or account is needed. The URL and style settings are sent to Tokturbo's server to render the image and the result is returned to your browser. Nothing is stored, and no TikTok password is ever requested. A per-visitor rate limit applies to generation.
Why does it reject non-TikTok links?
The tool is single-purpose. Accepting any URL would let it disguise links to unrelated or harmful sites behind a TikTok-branded page. Only tiktok.com, vm.tiktok.com, and tiktokv.com addresses are accepted. For a profile link, confirm the handle first with the username availability checker.
