Tracking
Live status, real numbers.
Pulled fresh from our SMM panel partners and your payment gateway, every time you click Refresh. No cached snapshots, no fake spinners.
What you can see
Live delivery progress
Start count, current count, and remaining units, pulled from the SMM panel that's actually fulfilling your order. No estimated guesses, no cached snapshots. The progress bar updates as the supplier reports back to us.
Real payment status
Authorized, captured, refunded, partially refunded. We re-fetch from Stripe, Cryptomus, PayPal, Checkout.com, or Ziina directly. If a refund posted ten seconds ago, the page sees it.
Per-item provider transparency
Which SMM panel each line was routed to, the provider's own order ID, and the exact pacing tier. You can quote that ID to support and we know immediately what to look at.
How updates happen
We poll suppliers every 5 minutes
A background worker re-checks every active order against the supplier API. Most tracking changes show up here within that window without any action from you.
Refresh forces a live pull
Click Refresh on the tracking page and we hit the supplier + payment gateway right then. Use it if you suspect the background poll missed an update.
Status changes write to the DB
Every status change is logged. The timeline at the bottom of your tracking page is reconstructed from those writes, not approximated.
Tracking FAQ
6 questionsWhat do the different statuses mean?
Pending or Awaiting Payment: payment not yet confirmed. Paid: payment confirmed, queued for fulfillment. In Progress: at least one line item is shipping from a supplier. Partial: order fulfilled but with some units short (refill auto-triggered if inside the 30-day window). Completed: every line item delivered the full quantity. Failed / Cancelled / Refunded: terminal states, you should see the refund within 1-10 business days.
How accurate is the progress bar?
It's computed as (current count − start count) / quantity × 100, using values the SMM supplier reports. Suppliers update with some lag (usually under five minutes). The progress can occasionally go backwards if delivered units drop and we re-poll; that triggers the refill guarantee automatically.
I see Provider · #87654321 next to my item. What is that?
The order ID inside the SMM panel that fulfilled your line. If something needs manual investigation, this ID lets our support team query the supplier directly without first matching anything up.
Why is my order showing 'In Progress' for so long?
Large packs (10K+) deliberately pace over 6-24 hours to stay inside TikTok's FYP scoring window. A 100K-view order spread over 12 hours is correct pacing, not a stuck order. Anything that's been at 0% for more than 30 minutes is worth opening a ticket about.
The payment status is wrong.
Hit Refresh on the tracking page. That forces a live re-fetch from the gateway. If it still looks wrong, your gateway may have a delayed webhook (Cryptomus is the slowest, sometimes 5-15 minutes behind on confirmations). After 30 minutes, open a ticket and we'll reconcile manually.
Can I share this tracking link?
Technically yes — the URL contains your email as a verification token. But that means anyone you share it with can see your order details. Sharing the order number alone is safe; the email is required to actually view it.
Tracking looks wrong?
Tickets that reference an order number get triaged first. Reply within twelve hours, usually inside five during US business hours.
